Waran tangkap Najib??? & MH370 ditemui???

AG's Chambers denies 'charge sheet' against PM...

The Attorney-General's Chambers has denied drafting or issuing a purported charge sheet against Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.

"The draft of the charge sheet published by Sarawak Report was not made or issued by the AG's Chambers," tweeted head of the prosecution division Tun Abdul Majid Tun Hamzah.

Earlier, newly appointed attorney-general Mohamed Apandi Ali told Malaysiakini he was not aware of the matter.

"I don't know anything about the report so I cannot comment, okay?" he said.

Asked if he considered this a serious matter, he replied: "I don't know, it's not for me to comment."

Responding to another question if he would look into the matter, Apandi, who assumed the attorney-general post on Monday, said: "I am very tired, so can I take a rest? Thank you."

Several people, such as PKR legal bureau chief Latheefa Koya and Lawyers for Liberty's Michelle Yesudas, had tweeted the document which appeared on Sarawak Report.

This led inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar to remind Malaysians not to spread rumours about the purported draft charge sheet.

"Such reports from unverified sources will only confuse the public. The police asks that the spreading of this rumour be stopped," he tweeted today, along with a screenshot of Sarawak Report's Facebook page, which showed the document.

Meanwhile, BN strategic communication director Abdul Rahman Dahlan tweeted: "Claire Brown and charge sheet? Yawnnnnnn..... Zzzzz."

This was in reference to Sarawak Report editor Clare Rewcastle-Brown.

Apart from Najib, the purported charge sheet named a former managing director, who was arrested by the 1MDB special task force and later freed on bail, and Nik Faisal Ariff Nik Othman Kamil.

The task force is still in the process of locating Nik Faisal Ariff, who is the managing director of former 1MDB subsidiary SRC International.

Following the sudden termination of Abdul Gani Patail's tenure as attorney-general, veteran newsman A Kadir Jasin, who is a close associate of former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad, had asked in a blog posting if this was because he was on the verge of charging certain individuals.

When news broke that Abdul Gani's services had been terminated due to health problems, the former AG himself appeared to be clueless.

However, Abdul Gani (photo) declined to comment if his removal was linked to the special task force probe.

Despite several attempts, Malaysiakini could not reach Abdul Gani for comment on the alleged charge sheet draft.

Rafizi: This is a serious charge

Commenting on the matter, PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli, who had seen the draft charge sheet, said it carries a most serious charge against the prime minister.

"While the draft charge sheet might not have much legal weight, the circumstances surrounding the removal of the attorney-general, when put in the context of this draft charge, will further strengthen the public perception that the removal of the AG and the cabinet reshuffle was politically motivated in connection to the ongoing investigation against the prime minister and 1MDB.

"As if it is not bad enough that Malaysia has been stuck with an on-going power tussle among the Umno ruling elite, the credibility of the prime minister is now further eroded by an allegation that he pre-empted his arrest by removing the AG and effecting a hasty cabinet reshuffle," Rafizi (photo) told Malaysiakini.

On Tuesday, Najib dropped his deputy Muhyiddin Yassin and Mohd Shafie Apdal, who headed the regional and development ministry, from his cabinet. Both have been critical of 1MDB.

The premier also appointed four out of eight BN lawmakers in the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), including its then head Nur Jazlan Mohamed, as ministers and deputy ministers.

This too was criticised as an attempt to derail the PAC probe into 1MDB.

Kit Siang: PM must explain

Meanwhile, DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang also called on the government to explain the charge sheet issue.

"The fact is rumour has been flying around for a few days that approximate action will be taken against the highest authority involved in the 1MDB probe.

"With this so-called exclusive from Sarawak Report, the AG and PM must come out to respond," he told Malaysiakini.

Early this month, Sarawak Report and The Wall Street Journal quoted information obtained from Malaysian investigators that RM2.6 billion was allegedly deposited into Najib's personal bank accounts.

The prime minister, however, denied that he had used public funds for personal gain.

Sarawak Report has since been blocked by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), which also warned action against local media organisations which reported its content.

The Edge media group was also targeted over its damaging reports on 1MDB, with the Home Ministry, headed by Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, who has now been promoted to deputy prime minister, slapping a three-month suspension on two of its publications.

The media group's owner Tong Kooi Ong and publisher Ho Kay Tat are being investigated under Section 124 of the Penal Code for activities detrimental to parliamentary democracy.

This is after former PetroSaudi International executive Xavier Andre Justo claimed that those who procured stolen documents from him regarding a joint venture between PetroSaudi and 1MDB had talked of plans to fabricate the documents.

Both Sarawak Report and The Edge had denied the claim, though Tong admitted that Justo was deliberately misled with a RM2 million offer in order to obtain the documents. - mk

The debris washed up on Reunion Island, possibly from MH370.
MH370 - 'Sama tapi belum pasti’

- babab.net

MH370: wreckage found on Reunion 'matches Malaysia Airlines flight'...

Fragments of a wing washed up in the French island of Reunion could be wreckage from Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, says aviation expert.

A French aviation expert believes he may have found the wreckage of MH370 – the Malaysia Airlines flight which disappeared off the coast of Malaysia in March 2014.

Xavier Tytelman, a former military pilot who now specialises in aviation security, was contacted on Wednesday morning by a man living on the island of Reunion, in the Indian Ocean. The man sent Mr Tytelman a series of photos showing wreckage of a plane, which the Frenchman said could possibly be the missing jet.

"I've been studying hundreds of photos and speaking to colleagues," Mr Tytelman told The Telegraph. "And we all think it is likely that the wing is that of a Boeing 777 – the same plane as MH370.

"Police in Reunion examining the wreckage say that it looks like it's been in the water for around a year, which again would fit with MH370. We can't say for certainty, but we do think there is a chance that this is it."

The plane vanished with 239 people on board in circumstances which have baffled investigators, and left distraught families searching for answers.

Wild theories emerged about the plane: that it had landed in Diego Garcia, or flown on to North Korea.

But Mr Tytelman believes that the Indian Ocean location makes sense for wreckage of the plane to have washed up.

"The French police are now looking at it, and the Australians – who are in charge of the search – are interested too," he said. "We don't know how long it will take to get confirmation or a definite denial. But it's an intriguing development."

Writing on his blog, Mr Tytelman said that the photos of the wreckage had aroused significant interest on the AvGeek website – a closed forum for pilots.

He said that there was much discussion over a code part of the wreckage: BB670.

"The code is not that of a plane number plate, nor that or a serial number on machinery," he wrote.

"But if the flaperon does indeed belong to MH370, it's clear that the reference will be swiftly identified. In a few days we will have a definitive answer." - telegraph.co.uk

Theories on source of debris

The most recent crash that occurred near Réunion happened on May 5, 2006, when a twin-engine plane crashed into the ocean across from the Pierrefonds airport on the southwest coast of the island, RTL said.

Another possible source of the debris could be the 2009 crash of Yemenia Flight 626, which went down on its approach to Comoros, an archipelago off the northwest coast of Madagascar.

Gérard Feldzer, a former Air France pilot, told the Libération newspaper that it's impossible to say anything conclusive based on the photos and that analyses will have to be done on the metal and paint to determine the age and other details of the aircraft it came from.

If the debris were to be traced to MH370, it would be the first sign of the passenger aircraft since it disappeared in March 2014.

Exactly what happened to MH370 has never been established, and no trace of the wreckage has been found despite millions of dollars spent searching for the plane.

Part of wing thought to belong to MH370

A Battered suitcase has dramatically washed up on an Indian Ocean island just yards from where part of a plane's wing was found - adding further to the belief the stricken Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 is nearby.

Journalist Julien Delarue reported the find from Reunion island on Twitter today.

He posted a photo of a local man holding a wheeled bag with rusted zippers and frayed cloth.

It comes less than a day after part of a wing was found which has been described as a "significant development" in the hunt for MH370.

Experts are currently comparing details on the wreckage to ascertain if it is part of the Malaysia Airlines plane which went missing 16 months ago.

The two-metre long debris was discovered on a beach in the Indian Ocean – and experts believe it is the same Boeing 777 model that disappeared.

It was found on the French island, close to Mauritius, by workers who were cleaning the area.

Suitcase

Australian deputy prime minister Warren Truss said earlier today: "There was a realistic possibility the plane could have reached the Reunion islands in the 16 months since the incident."

He said information found on the wing could be key in finding out whether it is part of MH370.

He said: "There's a number on the parts, BB670, which is not a serial number or registration but possibly it could be a maintenance number and that may help in the investigation."

The investigation is currently being handled by the air transport brigade of the French gendarmerie but the Malaysian government has sent a team to Reunion to verify whether the washed-up debris was from MH370.

Aviation experts are hoping the find could be a miraculous breakthrough in an 16-month search that has so-far yielded few results.

More than 500 days have passed since the plane went missing with 239 passengers and crew on board as it flew from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March 8 last year.

Until now, the international search mission has made little progress in tracking down the whereabouts of the jetliner.

The hunt has been concentrated on a huge area off the coast of western Australia in the southern Indian ocean.- express.co.uk

Mukhriz tahu siapa rakam video Muhyiddin...

Mukhriz berata demikian ketika ditanya tentang video bocor dalam sambutan hari raya Aidilfitri Umno Gurun, Kedah, lapor Kwong Wah Yit Poh.

Mukhriz: I know who recorded 'RM2.6b and PM' video

Najib is fighting for his political survival...

Prime Minister Najib Razak has just countered his critics over the massive 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal by sacking his vocal Deputy Prime Minister and the Attorney-General who led a high-level probe. This latest twist has left many bracing themselves for a backlash and uncertainty.

Datuk Seri Najib is fighting for his political life in the face of the scandal in the 1MDB investment fund which he advises. Never before has a sitting prime minister been openly pressured to step down relating to a financial probe – with the charge led by a former prime minister at that, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Never before has there been a high-level probe into the dealings of a government-linked investment fund whose chief adviser is the finance minister, who is also prime minister.

While the sacking of Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin is no surprise, given his outspokenness over Mr Najib’s handling of the 1MDB scandal, the premature replacement of Attorney-General Abdul Gani Patail “on health grounds” is intriguing. He is due to retire in three months, so why the hurry?

As Tan Sri Abdul Gani was leading the probe by the special task force into the 1MDB scandal, speculation is rife as to whether his exit may delay the probe. Mr Abdul Gani himself appeared taken aback by his replacement, as announced by the Chief Cabinet Secretary just before Mr Najib’s own unveiling of the Cabinet reshuffle, which catapulted his strongest ally, Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, to be the new deputy prime minister.

Prior to the reshuffles, Mr Najib’s political position had been in doubt. There had been rumours of actions about to be taken by the task force; even predictions of a new prime minister by the coming National Day next month.

By removing his deputy and the attorney-general, Mr Najib has clearly shown he intends to stay on top of the crisis. He also inducted into Cabinet Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed, the equally outspoken chair of the bipartisan Parliamentary Accounts Committee, which is also involved in the probe.

Mr Najib appears to have strengthened his hand now. But it remains to be seen if this is enough to resolve one of Malaysia’s most sensational political crises.

No pushover, Tan Sri Muhyiddin has strong support within Umno, where he is deputy president. He has said in his post-reshuffle statement that he intends to stay on in Umno.

Equally important is how Dr Mahathir will respond, having been highly critical of Mr Najib as prime minister. Should there be a major counter-push by Dr Mahathir, Mr Muhyiddin and other forces, Malaysia’s political crisis will become more explosive. Even if Mr Najib survives this, it is hard to see how he would emerge unscathed.

More worrying for Umno and BN is whether the ruling coalition will be able to retain power in the next general election, having lost the popular vote in the last elections in 2013 despite winning more than half the seats. It got 60 per cent of parliamentary seats even though it won just 47.4 per cent of votes. - Yang Razali Kassim, The Straits Times

Din kata Najib mengaku AS$700j masuk dalam akaunnya...

Satu rakaman video(atas) menunjukkan Tan Sri Muhyiddin membincangkan mengenai dakwaan bahawa wang jutaan ringgit dipindahkan ke akaun peribadi Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Razak menjadi perhatian pengguna Internet.

"Then saya kata kenapa masuk akaun you? Kenapa masuk akaun Najib Razak?," soal Muhyiddin.

"Dia mengaku.

- mk

Ex-DPM says Najib admits RM2.6b in account...

A leaked video clip(above) depicting Muhyiddin Yassin talking about allegations that millions were transferred into Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak's private accounts is currently making rounds.

The video clip, which appears to be recorded using a mobile phone, depicts Muhyiddin addressing several guests at his home on the topic last night.

Among those present were Kedah Menteri Besar Mukhriz Mohamad and former Umno supreme council member Kadir Sheikh Fadzir.

Although certain parts of the 53-second video clip was inaudible, Muhyiddin appeared to be suggesting he had confronted Najib on the allegation.

The allegation, made by the Wall Street Journal in a July 3 article, said Malaysian investigators found that nearly US$700 million was transferred into Najib's private accounts.

Muhyiddin had told his guests that he asked about the source of the money and the reply was that it came from someone in the Middle East.

"Then saya kata apa masuk account you? [inaudible] Kenapa masuk account Najib Razak? (Then I asked what was in your account? [inaudible] Why was it in Najib Razak's account)," said Muhyiddin.

"He admitted. So I said: Why did you put (it) into your personal account?"

Muhyiddin entertained numerous guests yesterday at his home after news broke that he had been removed from cabinet as deputy prime minister and education minister.

The former deputy premier has been vocal in his criticisim of 1MDB and lamented how Najib had ignored his advice on the matter.

Abdul Kadir confirms conversation

Commenting on the video, Abdul Kadir (photo) confirmed the conversation took place but declined to comment further.

"I don't want to comment on it.

"It was a private conversation. It wasn't supposed to be recorded. Mukhriz had asked people not to record it," he told Malaysiakini.

Despite numerous attempts, Malaysiakini could not reach Muhyiddin's aides for comment.

Following the WSJ report, Najib had denied using public funds for personal gains and accused Mukhriz's father, former Dr Mahathir Mohamad, of masterminding his downfall.

Below is the full transcript from the video:

Muhyiddin: I asked him (Najib) from whom? He did not mention siapa nama dia, from somewhere in the Middle East.

Berapa banyak? Lepas tu dia ..(inaudible)... susah nak kiralah. Dia kata 'a lot', 'a lot'.

Then saya kata kenapa masuk account you? ...(inaudible)... kenapa masuk account Najib Razak? Duit berapa? 700 million US dollar. Kalau kali tiga point something... 2.6 billion that goes into his personal account.

Ini dia sebut. He admitted. So I said why did you put into your personal account?

Mysterious plane wreckage sparks MH370 speculation

Orang Dah Nak Lemas, Najis Pun Dia Sanggup Capai...

Wartawan: Apa maksud Tunku?

TMJ: Fikir-fikirkanlah sendiri.

- Siakapkeli.my

I'll never back a corrupt person, says crown prince...

Since Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak reshuffled the Cabinet, Johor crown prince Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim has been posting cryptic messages on the state football team’s official Facebook page.

However, his postings are made in relation to football.

"I will never support a person inside FAM or in any organisation that is corrupt.

"Should we continue to throw our support to those who we know are corrupt that just shows how low and undignified we are," read his latest post.

Assuming that his message contained political undertones, one Facebook user requested the crown prince to act instead of making comments alone.

"Kurangkn berckp bykkn tindakan tunku...kerajaan ni telinga diorg dh lali..ayat2 mcm ni diorg dh x ambik port..apakata tunku ajak adun2 johor ni kluar BN..apabila adun2 Johor kluar BN...serta merta najib tumbang," said Hairil Amri.

(Lessen the talk and increase action, your highness. The government's ear is immune to such words and they pay no heed to them. What say if your highness calls on state assemblypersons in Johor to quit BN. If Johor assemblypersons quit BN, Najib will fall immediately)

This response drew more than 200 likes, with the number constantly increasing.

Another user, Neezam Dawam said it would be better to call on MPs from Johor to quit Parliament because Najib can still survive if only state assemblypersons left the coalition.

The biggest casualty of the cabinet reshuffle is Muhyiddin Yassin, who was dropped as deputy prime minister following his critical views on 1MDB

Muhyiddin hails from Johor and is the member of Parliament for Pagoh.

Prior to this, the crown prince posted a purported dialogue between him and a reporter.

Journalist: Do you have any comment on the current state of football or FAM?

TMJ (crown prince): A drowning man will try to reach and hold on to anything, even faeces.

Journalist: What do you mean by that?

TMJ: It is up to you to figure it out.

Journalist: Is this with regards to football, or other issues?

TMJ: (smiles)... Thank you.

Previously, Tunku Ismail caused a stir when he mocked Najib for turning up at the Nothing to Hide public forum on 1MDB, which then led to a war of words between the crown prince and Tourism Minister Nazri Abdul Aziz. - mk

Why sacking Muhyiddin riskier than sacking Anwar Ibrahim...

I remember it was in early September 1998, when TV3 broke the news about then prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad sacking his deputy, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

It was during my summer holiday and I was back home with my family. Immediately after that I rang my friend Yazid in the UK and told him about the news.

Surprised he certainly was, and immediately conveyed the message to my other friends who were in England, and within a few days news reached everyone in the mosque there.

Six hours ago, I woke up at 6am in Manchester and grabbed my phone and to my surprise, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin was out.

My Facebook timeline flashing with news after news about the sacking. Here in the UK, at the same time, Malaysian’s were already in chapter 4 of the chronological discussions, and it was less than an hour after Najib’s press statement.

News travel fast, rumours discussed every minute, the luxury of time and secrets are not with Najib. It was with Dr Mahathir.

When Anwar was sacked, it was not such a big scandal that Dr Mahathir could not handle. Apart from the currency issue that he blamed on Soros, he was allright.

He just built twin towers, KLIA and Putrajaya, which was nothing to few Malaysians but many believed and remember that period as being the glory days.

Whereas now Najib is at his low, scandal after scandal, evidence updated every hour. You don’t need Harakah, all you need is to type the name Najib on google search. Thousands of news reports are there waiting to be digested.

He has yet to come out with monuments of his own, both the MRT and the Tun Razak Exchange are still under construction.

The night Anwar was sacked, my dad said to me. “Look at it now my son, Umno is in trouble, maybe Dr Mahathir needs to step down”.

That was it. That was the only retaliation I heard from a Malaysian citizen I knew that night, before I went to sleep.

Two minutes ago I was reading the comment section on a Facebook posting by Najib about the sacking. More than 5,000 comments were made, 99.9% of it asking him to step down.

I cannot really compare the retaliation on the day after, because tomorrow is yet to come, and I cannot wait.

When you go into a fight, you bring your fighters with you. That’s what gangsters do.

Dr Mahathir has fighters behind him, many of them, and more than Najib’s men, who are artificial and pretentious, to be precise.

But what is scarier for Najib is his latest second man, the hopeful Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. Do you remember him, the younger Zahid? The Zahid we knew in 1998.

I will always remember the TV news showing him being a staunch supporter of Anwar back then and taken into custody. He was known to be aligned with Anwar inside Umno yet he turned 180-degrees just a few months after Anwar was sacked and jailed.

He can either be a “true opportunist with no loyalty” or “Anwar’s secret agent in Putrajaya”. Both are disturbing probabilities for Najib.

As of now, seven hours after the sacking, I am still here reading the busy timeline on my Facebook. – Shahrul Yusof,TMI

Attorney General Gani 4tail and DPM Muhyiddin Sacked...

This morning's totally unexpected announcement by the Chief Secretary to the Government, Ali Hamsa, that Attorney General Gani Patail's services have been prematurely terminated, is as shocking as they come.

This is not because Patail is a darling with the Rakyat or the legal fraternity. Oh no, quite the opposite. He was hugely unpopular for his prosecution of Anwar Ibrahim in the Sodomy 1 & 2 trials and alleged tampering and fabrication of evidence.

Many, like lawyer Rosli Dahlan who is suing the AG and the government for false arrest, will be happy to see this unceremonious dumping. Patail was seen to be Najib's key and closest ally in ensuring that no charges were brought against him in relation to the 2006 Altantuya murder.

Malaysians are being rocked and shocked almost daily and continuously by the alleged suspicious dealings at 1MDB, its unholy debt of $46 billion, and the news of $2.6 billion banked into PM Najib's personal bank accounts from overseas in 2013.

PM Najib's bleat that he did not benefit personally from this $2.6 billion has not resonated well at all with the Rakyat. His equivocal and guarded statements suggests, and as implied in a Wall St. Journal exposé, that this $2.6 billion was illegally laundered into his account by him, and used to buy votes and rig ballots at the last general elections.

What is startling is the complete breach of the Constitution, where the AG can only be removed from office in the like manner of judges i.e. by a Tribunal consented to by the King. Patail's term of office is due to expire in October this year.

Also, when questioned by reporters, incredibly, AG Gani Patail replied that he was not aware of his sacking!!

Hamsa was quoted as saying that Patail's health was in question, but that is certainly a face-saving excuse. Patail was rumoured to have a kidney problem, but he never said it was so debilitating that he could not perform his duties satisfactorily.

Could this sacking be related to the Task Force investigating the 1MDB fiasco and the $2.6 billion, where the AG is a mover and advisor? No doubt, it mus be.

And if we analyse what is going on behind the scenes, then more sackings are in the offing in the immediate days to come. The careers of the IGP, Governor of Bank Negara and the Head of MACC are all in danger.

The sackings are likely to spill over to Cabinet level. Looks like the 'Night of The Long Knives' enacted in 1962 in the UK, when PM Harold McMillan sacked 7 ministers (CLICK HERE), is about to be acted out again, this time in Malaysia, under the premiership of Grossmajib and his government of thieves.

AG Gani Patail's replacement is Federal Court judge, Mohamed Ali Apandi. Apandi was one of three judges who in 2013 acquitted Azilah and Sirul of murdering Altantuya!

The End Of Racist Muhyiddin, The Rise Of Thuggish Zahid...

The Edge has been slapped with 3-months suspension, effective this week. The Home Ministry, headed by Zahid Hamidi, has given 3 reasons to justify the punishment. First, the reports on 1MDB scandal have created negative perceptions. Second, the published news was based on unverified information. Third, it was inappropriate to report on 1MDB since the scandal is being probed.

Let’s flip the coin. Supposing The Edge has had reported about 1PDB scandal (1-Penang Development Berhad), which was headed by Lim Guan Eng, instead of Prime Minister Najib Razak’s 1MDB. Dramatically, Mr Lim’s private account was at the receiving end with RM2.62 billion. Would The Edge still be slapped with 3-months suspension? We don’t think so.

The suspension on The Edge was like suspending American’s CNN because the media had reported about President Clinton caught getting blowjobs from Monica Lewinsky. One has to remember that Clinton had initially denied the sex scandal in 1997, the same way Najib is denying his today. Get the silly juice?

The Edge Final Edition On 1MDB Scandal Before Suspension

If the above was not enough to amaze you about half-past-six Malaysian ministers, consider another mission by Home Minister Zahid Hamidi. The “Goblok” minister wants to extradite British citizen Clare Rewcastle Brown (sister-in-law of former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown) to Malaysia for exposing the humiliating RM42 billion scandals via her Sarawak Report.

That was simply hilarious, considering his minister couldn’t even get sex blogger Alvin Tan, fugitive blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin, or even former policeman turned killer Sirul Azhar to be extradited from U.S., UK and Australia respectively. Zahid is surely a genius if he could get a British citizen to be charged on Malaysian soil, when he couldn’t get his own Malaysian citizens back to the country in the first place.

With the exception of Zahid himself, everybody knows how “goblok” the Home Minister is. But that’s precisely what is needed to climb up the ladder of power in Malaysia. You cannot simply make it to the top by demonstrating your cleverness. You’ve to show your awesome stupidity in order to be successful in UMNO, a party currently in power.

 Zahid Hamidi Wearing Crown

If the rumours are accurate, Zahid Hamidi is about to harvest the reward for being not only goblok, but also racist and thuggish. He’s about to become the new deputy Prime Minister, replacing 68-year-old Muhyiddin Yassin. While there’s nothing to celebrate because both Zahid and Muhyiddin were equally corrupted, racist and goblok, there’s something interesting.

What will happen to cousin “Kerisman” Hishammuddin Hussein? Obviously, cousin Najib Razak doesn’t trust him as much as he trusted Zahid. By promoting Zahid, the prime minister is practically telling all and sundry that Hishammuddin could have had a job interview with enemy Mahathir.

That’s the problem with pussies dragging their feet, hoping to get the best of two worlds. Seriously, Muhyiddin deserves to be sacked. It’s too late, too little for him playing hero at the eleventh hour, exposing how he had allegedly advised Emperor Najib to do the right things. Yeah right, as if we didn’t know he’s acting in a Bollywood film after found out he is set to be chopped.

 Muhyiddin and Hishammuddin

If Hishammuddin were to act earlier, probably in another low-budget Bollywood film, by pretending to use his “keris” (dagger) on Mahathir if the old man continues to attack beloved cousin Najib, most likely the new deputy Prime Minister position would belong to Hishamuddin, not Zahid.

But even with the elimination of Muhyiddin, the suspension of The Edge, the blocking of Sarawak Report website, the barring of 1MDB critics from leaving the country; the 1MDB scandal will not fade away. It will essentially make the case more legitimate in the eyes of the international community.

The damaging part is this. By consolidating his power, Najib the son of Razak is officially pushing Muhyiddin and those to be dropped from the Cabinet to the Mahathir’s camp. Unless he’s brave enough to sack Mahathir from his UMNO membership, bar him from travelling, subject him to 24-hours interrogation, the 1MDB scandal will continue.

Perhaps Najib’s support isn’t that strong after all. The fact that Berjaya tycoon Vincent Tan had thrown a lavish birthday party for Mahathir goes to show that majority of Chinese tycoons and businessmen are actually behind Mahathir. It would be fun and interesting to see if all these Chinese businessmen gang up and refuse to pay “protection money” to UMNO led by Najib. -

Muhyiddin, Attorney -General victims of 1MDB

I'll have to relinquish PAC post, says Nur Jazlan

10 facts about Cabinet Reshuffle...

Is it Rompakan Kabinet or move to save Najib & Rosmah?

1. Muhyiddin, one of the fiercest critic of 1MDB yesterday said "UMNO will lose GE14". He was replaced by Zahid Hamidi as DPM today.

2. Zahid Hamidi, gangster & patron of Pekida, the ones behind the LowYat incident. He also said "you tak suka you balik China/India".

3. Shafie Apdal, another critic of 1MDB dropped as Federal Minister. He was removed not because of the MARA deal, but because of 1MDB.

4. Abdul Gani Patail replaced by Apandi Ali as AG. The AG chairs the 1MDB taskforce. The AG also has to powers to initiate, to continue, or not to pursue a prosecution. If the AG is Najib's man, no matter how much 1MDB evidence is stacked against Najib, the AG can simply say "I won't initiate a prosecution". It is the AG's prerogative under Article 145(3).

5. Apandi Ali is a former UMNO treasurer before becoming a Federal Court judge. He delivered the decision to ban Herald's use of 'Allah' in the Court of Appeal, he acquitted the suspects of Altantuya mirder trial and he also struck out PKR's election petition to challenge Zahid Hamidi's legitimacy as Bagan Datoh MP.

6. 4 out of the 8 BN MPs in the PAC are now members of the Cabinet. For what? To keep them quiet from exposing any PAC findings?

7. PAC Chairperson Nur Jazlan appointed Deputy Home Minister. The Home Minister is Zahid Hamidi. Nur Jazlan has confirmed he will accept the Deputy Ministerial offer. (I told you, all UMNO goons will always be tamed by greed & power, it's just a matter of time before they reveal themselves).

8. PAC Committee member Reezal Merican is now Deputy Foreign Minister. He is the Chairman of Amanah Rakyat Berhad, and also involved in a RM2bil loan to 1MDB scandal.

9. PAC Committee member Mas Ermieyati is now Deputy Tourism & Culture Minister. MP for Masjid Tanah & Ketua Puteri UMNO. I remember on the last day of Parliament, she placed a tin of Hari Raya goodies on every single MP's desk in Parliament. She recently made a police report against WSJ, so I wonder if she is smart enough to know WSJ does not operate in Malaysia, as such, PDRM is powerless to act.

10. PAC Committee member Wilfred Madius Tangau is now Minister of Science, Technology & Innovation.

Rupa2nya Najib dengar nasihat Mahathir.
